I am a mortgage originator who has been funding mortgage loans since 1988. The experience I have gained, along with the challenges and ups and downs of this industry, has given me a wealth of knowledge and stability. I earned my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration concentrating in Finance from Sacramento State University. I am a contributing member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors and earned the award of Affiliate of the Year in 2000 and 2006. I currently serve on several committees and task forces. I served as the Chairman of the Real Estate Finance Forum and also as a Director in 2008 and 2009.  I am also an active member supporting CAMP (California Association of Mortgage Professionals).

I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist. This means I will always take care of your mortgage needs by evaluating your over all financial picture. Whether it is your first home or your fifth home, each transaction has its own strategy. We will work together to form that strategy.
